ElohimScholarship Fund

Supported programs

At the Elohim Scholarship Fund, we break down financial barriers to unlock the potential of Congolese youth in South Africa. We provide targeted financial interventions where they are needed most.

Below are the core programs we currently fund:

Final-Year & Graduate Completion Grants

  • Final-Year Support: Funding to help you clear remaining balances and graduate.
  • Locked Qualifications: Assistance for those who finished coursework but cannot access their physical diploma, degree, or transcripts due to historical debt.

Subsidised Trade & Vocational Training

We partner with registered, accredited institutions to help students quickly gain practical skills that lead directly to immediate employment or self-employment.

  • Registered Beauty Academies: We assist explicitly with upfront registration fees.
  • In-Demand Short Trade Courses: Support for accredited short courses in practical, high-employment fields that offer quick pathways into the job market upon completion.
  • Eligibility: Applicants must be currently unemployed.
  • Note: All payments are made directly to the tertiary institution.
