The Elohim Scholarship Fund is a specialized financial aid program dedicated to empowering disadvantaged Congolese youth living in South Africa. By removing the financial barriers to education and practical training, we unlock potential, restore dignity, and foster sustainable self-reliance within our community. We believe that financial constraints should not dictate a young person's future. Our initiative provides an inclusive educational safety net, offering both full funding options for those facing total financial exclusion and subsidized, discounted options to make education more accessible to as many students as possible. This program aims to address unique challenges faced by diaspora and migrant communities in South Africa.
Vision
To create opportunities that bring more prospective professionals into the engineering, science, built environment, and information technology disciplines, while fostering an empowered, self-reliant generation of Congolese youth in South Africa who are free from financial barriers.
Mission
Our mission is to award and support students who thrive and show academic diligence irrespective of their financial constraints. We achieve this by providing targeted university funding in STEM and technical fields, clearing historical academic debt, and sponsoring rapid vocational training to equip youth with the skills needed for immediate economic independence.
